To find other communities and connect with them simply find the communities link on any menu in any community and click on it.
There you will see 3 links on the left side of your browser
1) My Communities - This is a listing of all communities you are a member of.  - To change to a different community that you are already a member of simply click the connect button. Yos should get right into the community but some times you may need to relogin.  Your user name and password works across all communities and I assure you that NO ONE (Not Even me) has access to your password at any time.
2) All Communities - This is a listing of all communities you can join or connect to. If you wish to check out another community or become a member of another community simply click the register button and thats it you are done. You may now click connect and you will be brought right into your new community you just registered for. Its just 1 click to join a new community.
3) Create a Community - This is the spot that you need to be if you wish to create your own community. Follow these simple steps to create your community:

Name - This will be the name of your new community - Example:
The Simpsons Family

Description - Please describe your community - Example: This is where all we talk about is how homer says Doh!! 32 times per show

Url : this is the prefix of the full url - example http://community.domain.com

Simply enter in the box simpsons

Email - Your Contact Email - Example 
simsponlover@testes.com - Although I suggest using the email address that you are already registered with here on the site
Now click the save button
If you have entered all the information correctly then your information will be saved and your new community is now ready for you to setup! Your community can be reached directly by going to http://simpsons.chitchatzone.com   --- Of course the simpsons is just an example!
